If your client has updated their domain, you’ll need to update this in the platform. Fortunately, this is a simple process:
- Navigate to Website Settings
- Select ‘Delete Website’
- There you will have the option to update the URL. Input the new URL and select whether or not you want to clear the previous data for the website.
- Select ‘Update Website URL’
Once you’ve updated the URL, Hike will crawl the new domain and generate actions and data based on it, rather than the old site.
