To cancel or downgrade from White-Label Plus, follow these simple steps:
Log in to your account via my.hike.marketing (not your custom domain) and navigate to the White-Label settings.
Scroll down to the 'manage subscription' section.
You will be given the option to either downgrade to standard White-Label or cancel White-Label Plus altogether. This can be seen in the image below.
If you choose to downgrade, select the standard White-Label option and follow the instructions.
If you choose to cancel, click 'Cancel White-Label Plus' and complete the cancellation process.
