Having issues with seeing your white-label version of the Hike platform?
Once you have activated your white-label, you can white-label the platform using your branded images and our custom CSS option.
If you're having trouble seeing your white-label version of the platform, please follow the steps below:
Make sure you log in through your custom domain and not through my.hike.marketing, as you will see Hike branding.
Have you cleared your Cache? This could also be why you cannot see the updated version of your white label platform.
