- Head to ‘Settings’ and then go to ‘Audit Tool’
- Under ‘Registration Form Settings,’ go to ‘Require Phone’
- Set this from ‘No’ to ‘Yes’.
- Select ‘Update Registration Settings’
And now your audit tool will require a phone number when your leads request an audit.
