The Onsite Optimizer isn’t working on my browser - what do I do?

Due to the way in which we set cookies to authenticate the users session we have noticed some issues with certain browsers not loading the editor.

Safari

You’ll need to go to your Safari settings to update your browsers settings.

  1. Navigate to your browser settings
  1. Select privacy.
  1. Untick “Prevent cross-site tracking”

Firefox

You need to go to Privacy & Security and choose custom with Enhanced Tracking Protection, then they need to untick cookies.

  1. Navigate to your browser settings, then into Privacy and Security
  1. Select custom
  1. Untick “Cookies”
  1. Refresh all your tabs
