How Do I Set Up The DNS Correctly?

To set up the DNS on your custom domain, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your domain provider

2. Select the custom domain you want to use for the platform, this can be any domain / subdomain that you have access to. e.g dash.mywebsite.com

3. Update the CNAME record for the custom domain you have chosen and point to domains.hike.marketing.

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll be able to submit this custom domain to Hike. Once submitted, your custom domain will take 1-2 working days to set up.
