When having issues with setting up your white-label, there are a few things that are worth trying when troubleshooting.
No DNS record found
Make sure that your CNAME record is pointing to domains.hike.marketing You must ensure this has been updated before submitting the custom domain.
My custom domain isn’t connected, but I’ve updated the CNAME Record
If you’ve updated the CNAME Record, you will need to submit the custom domain to us to finalize the set-up process. This is a manual process completed by the team and can take 1-2 working days.
