What Is White-Label?

1 min read

When navigating the competitive field of digital marketing, agencies constantly seek efficient ways to amplify their services. One strategy standing out is the use of "White-Label" solutions. But what exactly does White-Label mean, and how does Hike incorporate it?

Understanding White-Label in Hike:

At its core, White-Label refers to a product or platform crafted by one company but rebranded and resold by another, appearing as its own unique offering. We have made this possible with Hike, allowing agencies to present the entire Hike platform under their own distinctive branding.

Types Of Subscription:

Two White-Label services are available: the standard White-Label with the Agency Growth subscription and the enhanced White-Label Plus with the Agency Plus subscription.

The White-Label feature with the Agency Growth subscription requires manually entering your clients' websites and users. Afterwards, Hike will charge you, and you must invoice your client outside the platform.

The Agency Plus subscription gives you access to the Merchant Centre, which gives you the ability to add white-labeled checkout pages on your site to provide a seamless upsell opportunity for up to two products: a DIY solution and a fulfilment service. This option also widens your sales scope, allowing for the placement of one-time orders for work on certain Actions, Strategy Reviews, and more, strengthening your ability to meet various client needs.
